It's official. The public really don't know a good singer when they hear one. Ruth and Laura in the bottom 2? Daniel and Eoghan through to next week? Something must be done.
I really don't get Ee-og-han. He's my age and he's missing out on his A Level education for a singing contest. I'm guessing "The X Factor is the most important thing in his life" at the moment. Err, no. It's the fact that he's now idolised by millions of 10 year olds and mum's alike. That's something to be chuffed about. If it were millions of 16/17/18 year old girls, then fair enough. But mum's? Come on! Wouldn't you rather get into Uni on merit than because you were on The X Factor?
I can happily say that I'm having the time of my life in the Sixth Form at the moment. Quite a bit of work, but it's worth it. Piss around in your free lessons, have a laugh in the lessons. Brilliant!
Some in my year are not amused by Sixth Form as much as me, mind. A few actually don't like Sixth Form, but some only don't like it because those few don't like it. *cough*
Well that was an interesting post. From The X Factor to Sixth Form. That gives you an insight into my mind. I am able to connect two completely different topics in anyway possible. Oh well.
Oh and as I mentioned Ruth and Laura, I must say something about some of the girls left on the show - Ruth, Diana, Alexandra. Phwooar.
:)
